1. Required Documents for Warranty Claims

To process a valid warranty claim, please provide the following documents:

  • The original purchase invoice
  • The warranty card showing the matching serial number

Note: These documents are mandatory when submitting your claim.

For your claim to be accepted, the following details must match exactly:

  • Product serial number
  • Warranty card serial number
  • Invoice details

Any mismatch or missing information may result in rejection of the claim.


2. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact KYNE Customer Care on WhatsApp at +91 93110 37137 and submit your request with the required documents.
  2. After we receive your request, the KYNE Engineering Team will inspect the product.
  3. You will be notified of the inspection outcome and whether the product is eligible for repair or replacement.
  4. If required, ship the defective product to the designated KYNE warehouse address (provided after claim submission).
  5. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, KYNE will send a replacement free of charge.
  6. If no defect is found, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

3. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty will be considered null and void under any of the following conditions:

  • Physical damage to the product
  • Water or liquid exposure
  • Damage caused by debris, roadblocks, or external impact
  • Incorrect or improper installation by the customer or any third party
  • Any modification or tampering with the product or its components

4. Free Pick-Up & Drop Service (Delhi NCR Only)

KYNE provides a complimentary pick-up and drop service for warranty-related claims within the Delhi NCR region. Customers located outside Delhi NCR must ship products to the KYNE warehouse as instructed during the claim process.
