Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after placing the order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Damages or wrong item received

Please inspect your order upon arrival and record an unboxing video from the moment you start opening the package.

In case of damage or wrong item received, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof to process any refund or replacement.

Contact us immediately with the unboxing video via WhatsApp or email so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care items (Perfume )
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Sale items or gift items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the product first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

Refunds for damage or wrong items will be approved only if a clear unboxing video is provided.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
